Systems Architect - Active Safety

Figure is seeking a Systems Architect to develop and champion the on-board safety solutions for their humanoid robot. The role requires a technical expert with experience in robotics and autonomous systems, who can balance systems-level thinking with fine-grained detail.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience delivering complex technical features for robotics/autonomous systems
• Strong understanding of fault tolerance and behavioral responses
• Excellent communication skills including ability to distill complex ideas/issues into digestible concepts
• Experience with C++, Python, and linux based embedded systems
• Degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Controls engineering

Benefits

• Base salary range of $230,000 - $280,000 annually
