NPI Engineer

Filtronic is recruiting NPI Engineers to lead the introduction of advanced RF and mmWave technologies into manufacturing. You will work on cutting-edge communications technology, apply your manufacturing expertise, and develop new skills in RF and semiconductor manufacturing.

Requirements

• Lead the introduction new RF and microwave products into manufacturing
• Deliver NPI plans from prototype through to production release
• Coordinate pilot builds and production readiness reviews
• Drive DFM/DFA reviews to improve manufacturability
• Define tooling, fixturing and automation requirements
• Develop process flows, control plans and manufacturing documentation
• Support early production builds and ramp-up
• Analyse production data to improve yield and efficiency
• Lead root-cause investigations using structured methodologies
• Collaborate with design, quality and operations teams
