Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care, Hormone Therapy) in-clinic

We are currently hiring a part-time/full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide in-clinic primary care and hormone therapy services for our adult and geriatric patient population at Agave Adult Medical Care in Sedona, Arizona.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with prescriptive authority
• Board-certified in FNP, AGNP, or similar
• Experience in primary care (preferred)
• Experience with hormone therapy, HRT, men's/women's health, or functional medicine
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with adult/geriatric patients
• Comfortable working independently in a smaller clinic environment
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused demeanor
