Construction Manager

FindTalent is looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensure adherence to industry standards, and lead projects to completion safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• Lead and manage construction projects
• Serve as primary liaison between project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Make strategic decisions on behalf of the project team
• Oversee construction sites to ensure safety protocols are followed
• Review and approve unit cost sheets
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Attend meetings and contribute to discussions about project progress
• Foster a culture of safety
• Handle customer communications and incident reporting
• Oversee material ordering and logistical components of the construction process
• Assist with regulatory reporting
