Requirements
- Manage and close leads provided by Fineturf's marketing engine
- Manage a full sales pipeline through HubSpot with precise notes, deal stages, and follow-up
- Conduct lawn assessments and create customized recommendations based on turf type and needs
- Present and close Fineturf programs and services to new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support companywide retention goals
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure client expectations are met and documented
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism, urgency, and extreme ownership
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, growth-focused culture
- Maintain alignment between Sales, Operations, and Administration through strong communication
- Uphold Fineturf's values by consistently leading by example
