Senior Business Recruitment Partner

Finix is seeking a Senior Business Recruitment Partner to advise on role and organizational design, build and own bespoke candidate journeys, and deliver high-quality, high-slope candidates. The role reports directly to the VP of People and Talent and requires four days per week in the San Francisco office.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or hiring leadership
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, high-slope candidates
• Experience in organizational design and advising leadership on role creation
