Job Description
Finix is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to drive headcount growth and contribute to the company's success. This role focuses on partnering with executives to hire key technical talent, building robust talent pipelines, and leveraging data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of filling niche roles in high-growth environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Deep experience hiring for engineering roles (Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, API Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Security, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and frameworks
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage complex searches in a fast-paced environment
