As a Customer Service Agent, you will support our team in providing the best possible service to our customers in the event of damage, coordinating repairs, and keeping track of cases. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and our external damage management partner.
Requirements
- First experience in service consulting or service assistance (workshop experience welcome)
- Completed education in the automotive sector (e.g. automotive mechatronic technician or automotive salesperson)
- Advantageous: Experience with ticket systems (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Very good German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (B1)
