Job Description
FINN is an independent platform for car subscriptions offering a carefree service including insurance, financing, and maintenance. As an Expert for Vehicle Damage & Fleet Management, you'll ensure the fleet's condition efficiently by managing repairs, maintenance, and damage claims, communicating with appraisers and insurance companies. The role offers growth potential in a motivating startup environment with remote work flexibility within Germany.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in vehicle damage management, in a repair shop, or as a vehicle appraiser.
- Successfully completed vocational training as a vehicle painter or in body construction.
- Very familiar with repairs, damage calculation, and maintenance.
- Enjoy contact with partners & customers and are happy to learn new processes.
- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Fluent in German and good English.
