
Job description
Lead, coach, and develop a team of manual QA engineers in Tallinn, supporting both performance and career growth. Manage day-to-day team operations, including planning, workload balancing, prioritization, and delivery follow-up. Act as the primary local point of contact between the Tallinn QA team and remote leadership.
Oversee testing activities, defect management, and quality reporting across ongoing deliveries. Review and improve QA processes, workflows, and team ways of working. Define and maintain release readiness criteria to ensure high-quality product launches.
