Senior People Operations Manager

Finoa is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager with 6+ years of experience to support the development and execution of People processes across its international Group. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence in Lithuania, Portugal, and Germany, and requires someone detail-oriented, hands-on, and adaptable with a strong understanding of international HR practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in a fast-paced, international startup or scale-up environment
• Comfort running People Operations internationally across LT, PT, and GER
• In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor law; knowledge of German labor law is a strong advantage
• A people-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented approach
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems—Personio experience is a strong plus
