Treasury Management Support Representative I

As a Treasury Management Support Representative, you will provide client support to external and internal customers for all Treasury Management Products, providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

• 6 months’ work experience
• Strong customer service and/or administrative experience
• Preferably in financial services or related field
• Banking experience preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Windows based applications
• Analytical skills geared toward problem solving, time management, and prioritization
