Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive delivery of technical projects. The role requires experience in leading technical teams, managing multidisciplinary teams, and strong operational and delivery management capability.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience leading technical teams in a delivery-focused environment
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams (dev, platform, or similar)
- Strong operational and delivery management capability
- Experience working alongside PMs, consultants, and structured PMO environments
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate between tech, business, and humans
- A calm, pragmatic approach to problem solving
