Project Engineer - Construction

First Quality is seeking a Project Engineer - Construction to manage small capital and continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing facility, ensuring safety and compliance, and providing hands-on oversight of contractors and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or related Engineering field
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, plant engineering, facilities, or construction-related role
• Experience managing contractors or vendors
• Strong understanding of plant safety procedures and contractor compliance
• Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
