Developer III- MES (Global) IND

First Solar is seeking a Developer Engineer to support global manufacturing site operations, specifically focusing on new manufacturing factories/technologies and R&D. The role involves software system development, integration with MES systems, technical leadership, and providing support for manufacturing systems, R&D, and Quality systems. They also require independent learning and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or related field
• 6+ years in software development teams with Microsoft .NET
• 3+ years experience with MES and manufacturing control systems
• Strong solution design and development skills
• Proven experience in software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Windows mobile applications, Digital Transformation, and Industry 4.0 is a plus
• Self-motivated learner
