Job Description
The Scrum Master role at the Digital Innovation Lab involves facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, coaching the team on Agile principles, and championing a culture of innovation. Responsibilities include Stakeholder Communication, Team Performance Monitoring, and Sprint Goal Refinement.
Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree or equivalent in Computing or Technology.
- Master's, MBA, or a recognized professional certification (CSM, PSM, SSM) is an added advantage.
- 3+ years’ relevant working experience in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
