FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead and manage a team of sales associates in their San Antonio, Texas location. The role involves daily store operations, fostering a positive work environment, customer relationship management, financial oversight, and promoting a customer-centric culture. The position is commission-based with a variety of earning potential and a focus on asset protection.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, lifting, etc.).
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Ability to work in multiple locations.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Cash handling experience is required.
