Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. This role focuses on daily store operations, employee management, financial performance, and customer relations. Successful Assistant Store Managers will be accountable for fostering a positive store environment and achieving financial goals, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be willing to perform duties for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Computer literate with POS systems and office machines.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
