We are looking for a Performance Engineer to ensure our Digital One Business apps are fast, reliable, and scalable under real-world conditions. In this role, you will design and execute performance tests, analyze system behavior, identify bottlenecks, and work closely with engineering teams to improve end-to-end performance across web, mobile, and backend systems.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain performance, load, stress, and endurance tests
- Define and validate performance requirements, SLAs, and SLOs
- Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks across application, API, database, and infrastructure layers
- Collaborate with developers, SREs, and architects to diagnose and remediate performance issues
- Monitor application performance in production and support root-cause analysis of performance incidents
- Build and maintain performance testing frameworks, tools, and dashboards
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish performance baselines and track regressions over time
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve scalability, throughput, latency, and resource utilization
- Document findings and communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
