Requirements

• Lead and manage a group of up to 15 distributed software developers
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliver solutions
• Manage software development projects
• Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Optimize team's use of CI/CD pipelines
• Champion the adoption and integration of AI-assisted engineering workflows
• Evaluate, pilot, and operationalize AI developer tools
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and enablement sessions on AI adoption
