Fiserv is seeking a Privacy Senior Counsel to serve as the day-to-day legal leader supporting the privacy program with a significant focus on enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) enablement across Fiserv. The successful candidate will partner with various teams to align legal requirements with how AI is developed, deployed, and governed, and help operationalize privacy and AI governance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience practicing law with substantial focus on privacy, data protection, AI governance, technology transactions, or related regulatory counseling
- Experience advising on global privacy laws and frameworks
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements involving data use, licensing, technology services, vendor management, or AI and privacy-related contractual terms
- Experience supporting banks, financial technology companies, card networks, payments companies, or equivalent law firm clients in regulated environments
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing or equivalent legal authorization where applicable
- Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an accredited law school or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
