Senior Risk Manager

Role Overview

In this position, you will play a central role in the Second Line of Defense and function as an independent risk control function. You will ensure the effectiveness of risk management and the internal control system (ICS) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (particularly MaRisk, ZAG, and DORA).

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include risk governance & control, risk inventory & monitoring, reporting & escalation, regulatory & stakeholder management, and control environment & risk culture.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in risk management in regulated financial institutions or payment service providers
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly MaRisk, ZAG, and DORA
• Experience in the Second Line of Defense or in an independent control function
• In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, internal controls, and reporting processes
