Technical Director

Fiserv is seeking a Technical Director to bridge business systems requirements from the end user to functional implementation of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience solutioning and delivering large-scale enterprise programs, experience in payment solutions, system integration experience, and strong client facing and communication skills.

Requirements

• Provide strategic and operational thought leadership for new opportunities that address client needs and pain points.
• Identify and document requirements and technical scope in partnership with sales, implementation and operations.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams.
• Support project management.
• Interact with the product owners to identify the capabilities and create detail workflows.
• Translate the workflow orchestration to detail technical requirements for the respective product/application teams.
• Identify internal, external application owners for the development.
• Control solution development.
