Fitch Group is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Associate Director to build cross-platform web-based add-ins, design secure data delivery tools, and implement BDD practices in a hybrid work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proven expertise in Java, JavaScript, Office.js, and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of the Excel development ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to parse, validate, and generate Excel formula syntax programmatically
- Extensive experience designing and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and understanding of Agentic AI workflows
