
Job description
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for leading their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals. They ensure that all crew members are providing a WOW experience for customers and are trained on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience. The manager is also responsible for leading front-end operations, including merchandising and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, training crew members, leading front-end operations, and performing store manager duties in the absence of the store manager. The manager will also partner with the store manager to recruit, train, and develop crew members.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and creative thinking. They must be able to maintain composure under pressure and have a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
