
Job description
Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and achieve customer service score goals. Partner with store manager to recruit, train, and develop crew members.
Train crew members on customer service, lead front-end operations, and perform store manager duties in absence. Ensure store is ready for customers, maintain cleanliness, and perform store maintenance.
Must have 2+ years of management experience, high school graduate or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure, and work flexible schedule.
