Job Description
Five Iron is seeking passionate, people-oriented Guest Services Specialists (Golf Attendants) to provide exceptional service at its sports bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The role focuses on building relationships with guests, using golf simulators, and maintaining facility upkeep. This is a full-time, part-time position with a focus on providing a positive experience and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience is encouraged but not required.
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team-work.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.
