Job Description
We are Fixico, a fast-growing car damage repair platform backed by world-class Silicon Valley-based investors, scaling rapidly across Europe. Our engineering team is the backbone of our platform and a critical part of our product-led growth. We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in high-autonomy environments, is excited by ownership, and loves solving real-world problems with technology.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of fullstack engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP)
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments (startup/scale-up experience is a big plus)
- Strong system design and problem-solving skills
- Product-oriented mindset: You care about the why, not just the how
- Passionate about clean code, testing, and building great user experiences
- Proactive communicator who thrives in async, distributed teams
