Restaurant Manager

Fixins Soul Kitchen, a growing soul food concept, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for their new Detroit location. The manager will report to the General Manager and ensure high guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume full-service environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Several years’ experience as a restaurant manager or similar position.
• Good business math skills with the ability to analyze cost reports effectively to drive greater profitability.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in the use of internet and ability to utilize computerized business tools such as email, learning management systems, and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other appropriate software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing large staff to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
