Billing Analyst

Role Overview

The Billing Analyst I is responsible for aspects of the weekly billing process, including processing data, creating invoices, and auditing work. This role involves communicating with clients, understanding and using the automated billing process, and maintaining electronic files.

What You Will Do

Organize and sort data for invoice creation, perform bookkeeping, create invoices, and enter invoices into the billing system. Identify and resolve discrepancies and billing issues for clients, and communicate changes to clients and payroll team.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. An associate degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
