Project Manager - Civil Construction

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of Flanco's projects across various sites and divisions, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for overseeing planning, execution, and reporting activities, while managing resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects, engaging with clients and supervisors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Previous Project Management / Site Supervision experience
• Experience in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting
• Strength in reading, interpreting & following plans
• Quoting experience advantageous, not essential
• Trade background advantageous (formwork carpentry and/or concrete)
• Ability to support supervisors who are on the ground and supervise multi-disciplinary workforce
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License
• White Card
