Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related areas
• Proven experience and practice in operating and configuring the Twilio platform or similar platforms
• Knowledge in consuming RESTful APIs and understanding data structures (JSON, Webhooks, and Payloads)
• Familiarity with programming logic and code reading (focus on JavaScript/Node.js) for acting with Twilio Functions
• Experience in building diagrams and logical attendance flows
• Experience in creating, extracting, and monitoring performance indicators of CX and bots
