A Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for completing and verifying financial information on loan applications, ensuring compliance with Federal rules and regulations, and communicating with borrowers.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in Mortgage Loan Processing, required
• Current processing experience, desired
• Familiar with the mortgage loan process and required documentation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for a paperless environment
• Adaptable to change and shifts in priority
• High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS recommended but not a requirement
