Staff Full Stack- Web and Mobile

Flatgigs is seeking a Staff Node.js Backend Developer to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will design and develop robust backend solutions that power applications, collaborate with product managers and frontend developers, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a backend developer with a focus on Node.js
• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven programming
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment strategies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work environment
