Project Controls Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Controls Manager, you will oversee critical activities that ensure project success, including prime contract management, scheduling, cost control and contract change management. You will collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness for one District or Mega Project.

What You Will Do

Lead project controls for the project and ensure quality work, on time, on budget, and to the Client's satisfaction. Provide leadership and project controls expertise, and closely work with Project Director, Commercial Director, the Client, subcontractor and other project stakeholders.

We are looking for a result-oriented individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related discipline, and minimum 7 years of relevant experience on heavy civil infrastructure construction projects. You should have strong cost management and reporting background, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both, French and English.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience on heavy civil infrastructure construction projects
• Strong cost management and reporting background
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient with Primavera P6 (asset)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both, French and English
• Excellent quantitative, analytic, and deductive reasoning capabilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Proven leadership skills to manage a multi-disciplinary team
