Job description
Lead and develop the international Product Specialist function from headquarters in Herlev, Denmark. This is a hands-on leadership role in a company that is still building, scaling, and expanding into new markets.
Lead a team of seven Product Specialists across Europe, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations, and ensure each market receives the product support and attention it needs.
You will thrive in this role if you have prior experience managing a team, strong commercial and business judgment, and the ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders. You should be willing to fail and learn, rather than play it safe and not develop.
