As an Account Lead, you'll own the end-to-end strategy and growth of a portfolio of European enterprise accounts, serving as the primary deal owner and strategic partner to some of our client's most important customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development roles, with a proven track record of driving growth in existing accounts
- Native or fluent French speaker with high proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Digital space expertise – strong understanding of digital advertising, platforms (e.g., Amazon, Google), or data management provider ecosystems
- Hunter-gatherer mindset – demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities, close deals, and drive post-sales revenue growth
- Autonomous operator – proven success working independently, managing ambiguity, and making strategic decisions without close oversight
- Director-level strategic thinking – ability to develop account strategies, lead commercial negotiations, and build executive relationships
- Strong communication skills – capable of influencing stakeholders, presenting to C-level clients, and collaborating across international teams
