Maintenance Automation Supervisor

Role Overview

The Maintenance Automation Supervisor's role is to design engineering systems for the automation of industrial tasks and to create mechanical design documents for parts, assemblies or finished products.

What You Will Do

Calibrate scientific or technical equipment, develop technical methods or processes, and recommend technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality or performance.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering
• Project Management skills and experience
• Knowledge and/or experience in PFMEA techniques
• Knowledge and/or experience in Lean Manufacturing Techniques
• Experience of participation in a product development team from inception to manufacturing launch
• Knowledge and execution experience of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow
• Proven ability to create and execute project plans
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Quality Control background including problem solving and root cause analysis
• Sound technical background with logical deductive reasoning approach
• Interest in developing technical skills through both internal and external training
• Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques
