Shipping/Receiving Administrator

Role Overview

Responsible for shipping and receiving materials to/from customers, maintaining inventory, and providing paperwork. This is a three-shift operation, and the candidate must be willing to work any shift.

What You Will Do

Follow shipping schedules, prepare materials, generate paperwork, and monitor customer supplier portals. Examine shipments, track deliveries, and update records.

Must be highly motivated, service-oriented, and detail-focused. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2-3 years related experience in shipping activities in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment
• Supervisory experience would be an asset
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office
