Flex is seeking a Design Hardware Development Manager to lead a team of hardware development engineers in Changi, Singapore. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in power electronics, good interpersonal skills, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

• More than 15 years experience in power electronics
• Background on high power in server and data center application
• Good interpersonal skill, able to deal with multi cultural and level of people
• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
• Master's degree, PhD is a plus
• Self driven, team player and competitive attitude
