Job Description
Flex is seeking a Director of Analytics Engineering to lead a team that delivers world-class data insights to stakeholders. The role involves developing and managing a team of Analytics Engineers, driving data models, and ensuring data quality. The company focuses on making paying rent on time as easy and flexible for renters.
Requirements
- 8+ years as an analytics engineer or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of SQL, data warehouses (Snowflake), and SQL queries
- Familiarity with BI tools (Sigma Computing, Tableau, Mode, etc.)
- Expert proficiency with dbt, dbt Cloud, and Airflow
- Strong perspective on analytics engineering development cycle
- Proficiency with Python preferred
- Experience within the fintech space preferred
