Director, Corporate Accounting

Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Director, Corporate Accounting to lead core accounting operations in a dynamic fintech environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience managing AP and payroll functions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., Quickbooks, Netsuite ideally) and Excel
