Director, New Verticals Sales (Auto Loans)

Flex is seeking a Director or Senior Director, New Vertical Sales (Auto Loans) to lead the company's go-to-market strategy and commercial execution for the auto loan vertical, building enterprise partnerships with lenders, credit unions, and alternative finance companies. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a deep understanding of the auto finance ecosystem and a track record of closing complex deals in emerging markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
• Deep knowledge of the auto finance ecosystem
• A track record of closing complex, first-of-kind enterprise deals in new or emerging markets
• Executive presence and influence
• Proven experience leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing enterprise sales team
• Strong financial and legal acumen
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity
• Fluency with AI-assisted sales tools
