Lead position at Flex, responsible for providing ongoing feedback on performance, initiating and participating in process development and cost improvement projects, and coordinating people resource requirements for the department.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, vocational or technical training, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of related experience
• Manufacturing line skills
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing line techniques
