Job description
Flex is seeking a Process Engineer to support its PCBA manufacturing organization in Guadalajara, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements. A typical day involves understanding manufacturing SMT & Wave solder processes, implementing and evaluating proposed designs and processes, and preparing justification and implementing capital equipment for production.
