Flex is seeking a Program Administrator to support our teams in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role involves managing key customer accounts, coordinating activities, and preparing reports. A bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field is required, along with intermediate-advanced English and experience in NPI, leadership, problem-solving, and Office skills.
