Supplier Quality Engineer

Flex is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure quality, safety, and performance of the supply base. The role will involve driving continuous improvement, risk management, and overall performance of the supply base.

Requirements

• BA/BS in industrial engineering or similar
• Strong background in supplier quality engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry
• Advanced English skills
• Supplier management and negotiations experience
• Knowledge of KPI analysis (RMB, RTV)
• Experience with corrective and preventive actions & risk management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of dependent demand and independent demand
