Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of PCBA, SMT, Wave Soldering, and Assembly processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in coordinating with multi stakeholders to ensure smooth project transfer from R&D, Dongguan factory to Penang
