
Job description
Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy aligned with business goals, advise and coach managers on talent management, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement and retention, and lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Drive change management and cross-cultural communication strategies, support key HR programs, collaborate with HR teams and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions, build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, and ensure compliance with all local HR policies and regulations.
We're looking for a strong HR Business Partner with 8+ years of experience, covering multiple HR functions, and a proven track record of driving business growth through HR initiatives.
