Job description
The Sr Program Manager will lead a multifunctional team to achieve operational and financial results aligned with organizational objectives and client needs. The role involves managing and leading teams, coordinating with customers and upper management, and ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.
The Sr Program Manager will coordinate actions to meet customer targets, lead large NPI projects, communicate project status to external customers and upper management, and manage project schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements.
